Every builders clean includes all of the following as standard. No hidden add-ons.
We remove all construction dust, sawdust, plaster dust, and debris from every surface throughout the site. This includes walls, ceilings, floors, window sills, and any exposed structural elements so the space is completely clear of all construction residue before the detailed clean begins.
Every window on the site is cleaned inside and out including the glass, frames, sills, and tracks. We remove paint overspray, adhesive residue, stickers, and protective film so every window is streak-free and lets in maximum light for the client walkthrough or final inspection.
All floor surfaces throughout the site are swept, vacuumed, and cleaned using the right products and technique for the floor type. Tiles are scrubbed and grout is cleaned, hard floors are polished, and any protective coverings are removed and disposed of leaving every floor in perfect condition.
Every bathroom and kitchen fixture is cleaned and polished including toilets, basins, baths, showers, taps, sinks, benchtops, and splashbacks. Protective film is removed from all fixtures and surfaces are left spotless and ready for the new occupants to use immediately.
Every internal surface throughout the site is wiped down including walls, door frames, architraves, skirtings, cabinetry, shelving, and built-in joinery. Paint marks, smudges, and adhesive residue are removed and every surface is left clean and presentable for handover.
Once the clean is complete we conduct a full site inspection to make sure every area meets handover standard. All cleaning materials, rubbish, and waste generated during the clean are removed from the site and disposed of correctly so the property is completely clear and ready to go.

We accept bank transfer and card payments. You will receive a clear invoice after the clean with straightforward payment details and no surprises.
Yes. We are experienced working in and around active construction environments. We coordinate directly with your site manager to make sure the clean is scheduled at the right time and completed without interfering with any remaining trades or site activity.
We remove all waste and rubbish generated during the clean itself. Large volumes of construction waste or building materials left on site by trades are not included but we can discuss this when you get in touch and advise on the best approach for your specific site.
